Rental from €420/night
from 2 nights minimum to 7 nights maximum
(depending on season and length of stay, contact us for more details), online booking and secure payment
Minimum age limit for the main tenant : 25 years old.
A contract will be sent to you for acceptance of the reservation and must be returned as soon as possible, completed and signed on all pages with the requested supporting documents (scanning by email possible).
Please note: the chalet is not wheelchair accessible.

Security Deposit / Deposit
A security deposit of €1,500, increased
at 1800€ for pet owners, will be made upon delivery
keys by bank imprint via CB payment terminal not debited.
The latter will be returned to you within a minimum of 48 hours after your departure, provided that the rented property is returned in the same state of quality and maintenance as it has been entrusted to you.
Any problem, deterioration, malfunction
occurring on the rented property must be reported to the owner without delay
or his representative. Failing this, the deposit
The guarantee will be retained up to the amount of the costs incurred for repair.
In the event of costs exceeding the amount of the security deposit, a specific insurance procedure
will be triggered.
Household
An end-of-stay cleaning package
(not including maintenance of the wood stove and/or barbecue set at €30) of €180 will be requested upon departure from the premises, (increased to €250 in the event of return of windows, bay windows and glazed surfaces returned in an abnormally dirty state) the premises must however be returned in a clean state and proper hygiene and without disorder, bins emptied and removed, dishes clean and put away. Failing this, a penalty will be withheld the security deposit may be considered.
Animals
Pets allowed only with the owner's permission:
one dog maximum, any other animal not accepted, with respect for the premises,
neighborhood and hygiene (collection
outdoor needs, no access
in the rooms, on the beds and sofa).
Flat rate of €100 per stay.
